Any time you want to improve your level of health and fitness, it's always good to check the numbers. At X Factor we have some great tools. The VO2 Max and RMR Assessments can help you dial it all in. VO2 Max tells you how much energy you are burning at various levels of intensity. RMR will help you determine how many calories you burn at rest. (Matt has written a great article that will explain in detail.)
